1. Services and Scope

TweeLabs Digital provides digital agency services, including but not limited to Web Development, AI and Workflow Automation, SEO, Digital Marketing, E-commerce onboarding, and corporate consultation. Each client project, payment milestone, and deliverable is subject to a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or custom project proposal signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract, all materials, source code, designs, branding frameworks, and methodologies developed by TweeLabs Digital remain the intellectual property of TweeLabs Digital until full payment is received. Upon final invoice settlement, ownership of the specific client deliverables transfers to the client.

3. Acceptable Use of Site & Services

You agree not to use our website, tools, or resources for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware, or to scrape data. Submissions through our inquiry forms must contain accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend dashboard access or service fulfillment for violations of these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for absolute technical and marketing excellence, TweeLabs Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including business loss or ranking changes) arising out of the use of our services or tools. All outcomes are dependent on market variables and client collaboration.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
